Shirwin has been promoted to Administrative Manager as of October 2019.

The Business Lab is pleased to announce the new appointment of Shirwin Mudaly. Shirwin has been promoted to Administrative Manager as of October 2019.

Within a year and a half, Shirwin has successfully soared from being a Tele Sales agent, Client Liaison Officer to Client Liaison Officer Team Leader and now Administrative Manager.

One of his greatest achievements that stand out for him was being able to orchestrate successful submissions for the WSP/ATR reporting period 2019/2020 for over 500 clients nationally.

He takes along with him into the new position valuable expertise that includes an inordinate understanding of The Business Lab clients’ needs from a grass root level as well as the solid insight of expectations required from management.

His future plans for The Business Lab include increasing the client base significantly; intensifying services throughout the 9 provinces under all the 21 SETA’s and to better address the scarce and critical skills crisis South Africa is currently facing. Through these efforts, Shirwin will continue to fulfill the mission of The Business Lab, to enable growth for businesses and create jobs for the country.

As a young person in the compliance industry, Mr. Mudaly firmly believes that skills development for youth should be prioritised in order to produce better leaders of tomorrow.
